Our Ambrose Room is the perfect space to enjoy drinks outside on the deck, before entering the stylish and modern interior, whilst our Swingview Room is ideal for smaller functions, seminars or parties. Ambrose Room is the heart of the complex, featuring a stylish interior and bright, contemporarydesign. It opens up to a magnificent timber balcony where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding lush green lawns, picturesque lakes with fountains and natural bushland.

Ambrose Room has a capacity of up to 230 seated and 400 cocktail style and can be divided for more intimate events, becoming Ambrose 1 and Ambrose 2. The room comes with oval tables and chairs and is fitted with premium AV equipment, including data projectors, built-in screens & audio facilities which are available to hire.

The Children’s Book Council of Australia

The Children’s Book Council of Australia (WA Branch) has held its annual dinner to celebrate the opening of Children’s Book Week ® and the Book of the Year Awards at Ambrose Estate since 2017. Under the guiding hand of Kate Boylson and her staff, these events have been highly successful. Kate provided many suggestions and accommodated all our requests. This was especially important as we are a not-for-profit organisation and funding is tight. Kate was available for organisational meetings and debriefing, which assisted in the planning for the event the following year. Choice of menus was adjusted to suit our requests and staging, easel, furniture, and AV arrangements were flexible. Leading out of COVID we held an Awards Ceremony at Ambrose and the support we received was amazing. The CBCA WA committee expresses its sincere and continued thanks to Kate and the Ambrose team.

Amazing and magical...

Ambrose Estate hosted our wedding on the 24/4/2021 the first day of the 3 day Covid lockdown. The staff went out of their way to make this day amazing and magical for not only my wife and I but all our guests. The function Coordinator Aoife is outstanding at her job. She was on call for any questions or concerns we had throughout the entire process and went out of her way, to accommodate our needs during the restrictive times that Covid created. All the function staff did an incredible job and were happy and inviting. The food was outstanding throughout the entire night from Canapes on the deck to the seated 3 course meal we all enjoyed. The venue its self has fantastic amenities, the ceremony area is beautiful and creates the perfect backdrop for a wedding. As does the reception area that is the Ambrose room, with a large dinning area plenty of room for a large dance floor and amazing views out over the golf course. Thanks again for making our wedding the perfect day.

OMG Kate & the whole team – THANK YOU!! You made our wedding so wonderful. As a wedding coordinator myself, choosing a venue was one of the hardest decisions to make in the planning process … but now I can’t imagine it being any more incredible, anywhere else! Your flexibility, fast replies, and open communication made it such a breeze to organise everything. The staff were delightful & OMG THE FOOOODD!!! Almost every guest commented on how delicious everything was, and how huge the portions were. I’ve been to weddings where the meals are tiny & you need a snack on the way home … but this was 100% the opposite (and I think lots of people almost couldn’t finish!) Thanks again for all your help in making our wedding day incredible ❤❤❤

Could Not Have Chosen a Better Venue!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Ambrose Estate almost 2 weeks ago and the entire day was perfect. The venue, service and food were all excellent. All our guests have commented on how amazing the food was and we couldn't fault anything on the day. Kate was an exceptional wedding coordinator who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly on the day. We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding and would highly recommend Ambrose Estate to others. Thanks to Kate and all the staff for such a great day!

There is not one single element I can fault!! The food was amazing, the staff where so friendly and had a good laugh with us, the space is fresh and elegant and the view in incredible!!! We loved every moment of our day at Ambrose! Kate was the best coordinator a couple can ask for! The venue can transform so easily so that your vision can come to life! I wanted a space that allowed for an indoor/outdoor vibe and that is EXACTLY what we got when the doors where pulled back to reveal the amazing view! Where do I start, thank you to Kate & everybody at Ambrose Estate, we had our wedding there yesterday & it was everything we ever dreamed of. All our guests have said the food was incredible, the venue itself is breathtaking & all the staff were so lovely. Kate was the most amazing wedding coordinator & no task was too much trouble, she was always responsive in replying to emails & made sure everything was perfect on the day for us! Our Wedding Reception at Ambrose Estate and it was by far one of the best Decisions we have made.

Just under two weeks ago, my husband and I had our wedding reception at Ambrose Estate and it was by far one of the best decisions we have made. Kate, the wedding coordinator, went above and beyond and made sure that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. She was professional, yet personal and invested in us to ensure it was a day to remember. The food was amazing! If you need help deciding the beef cheeks are to die for and guests are still raving about it today. I honestly can't fault anything and would definitely recommend to any brides and grooms out there! :)
