“My husband and I got married last week and we had decided very early on in our engagement, that we would like to have our reception and photos at Ambrose Estate. We had our first date at the Wembley mini golf and my husband is an avid golfer, making it a significant venue for us. Brooke was so easy to work with and assisted in every way possible, to make our day truly special. We had a number of guests with particular dietary requirements and Brooke and the chef were so accommodating, which made us (and those guests) at ease. All guests praised the food and the service, as the wait and bar staff were also incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the evening. Even though the golf course is run separately, we requested to have photos taken on the mini golf as well as the course, to reflect our first date. Brooke kindly helped facilitate this with the staff at the course, which really meant a lot to us. Having our celebration at Ambrose was the best decision and we would do it all over again if we could!”
